Artist Notes: "This is a scene that I experienced while hunting in the Rocky Mountains. It was perfectly calm at first light and a mist had settled in. I loved the feeling of solitude in the wilderness, how the trees appeared almost ghostly and how the entire landscape displayed a dramatic contrast of dark and light." - Ryan Kennedy
